Relative Importance Analysis of Safety Climate Evaluation Factors Using Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP)

Various studies have confirmed that the increasing quality of safety climate has a positive influence on reducing occurrence accidents. The is comprehensively affected in three domains: management, site, and enterprise. At company level, it challenging to manage all areas at high level due limited managerial resources. Therefore, necessary establish strategy improves step by step. For efficient execution strategy, analyze relative importance each evaluation factor allocate resources accordingly. this study aims factors using analytical hierarchical process (AHP) technique. study, AHP questionnaire analysis are conducted, priorities derived. As result, (E) workers’ priority risk non-acceptance most important dimension among seven dimensions as weight 0.1900. In addition, (E1) compliance with regulations, even if tight, one between items 0.6663. results will be used basic data for institutional improvement policy making high-quality construction sites.
